The parts showed up in good shape, so no complaints there. But the shipping was slower than I expected. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it definitely felt slow, and I kept wondering why it was taking so long. Everything arrived fine in the end, just slower than I thought it would be

I needed a small trim piece for my Accord, and after dealing with this kind of thing before, I was expecting the usual runaround with parts being listed but not actually available. Most of the other sites I checked either showed it as unavailable or backordered, so I was surprised when hondacarpartsdirect.com had it in stock.
Ordering was straightforward, and the part showed up just like it was supposed to. Nothing fancy to report, but they had the inventory when everyone else didn’t, and that’s really all I needed. Easy 5 stars from me...

I ended up ordering the wrong part, so I had to cancel before it shipped. I emailed them not really knowing if it was going to be a whole thing, but they got back to me quickly. They didn’t give me the runaround or try to charge any weird fees, which feels like how it should be, right? They just canceled the order and sent over the refund info. Simple experience, and I appreciated that even though I didn’t actually buy anything this time

At first, the prices seemed decent, but once shipping and the extra costs were added in, it didn’t really feel like much of a deal anymore. For basic Honda parts, I expected better value. Compared to what a lot of other people seem to find from other parts sites, this felt more expensive and probably slower too. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but I wasn’t really impressed, and I don’t think this would be my first choice next time.
